Totoro!

Before going to Tokyo we made sure that Elinor became appropriately obsessed with Totoro - Because it made the perfect excuse for us to go crazy in Totoro merchandise!

Besides My Neighbor Totoro Elinor really likes Ponyo and Kiki's Delivery Service. Such great movies to watch together!

Oh for the love of stuffed Totoro cuteness. those teddies are the sweetest! My two-year-old is also obsessed with Ponyo. We just went through a very intense two-month period of watching it on a daily basis. The little mister insisted. He always urges me to look when Soske and Ponyo hold hands. Now he's on to the Moomins, obsessing especially over Stinky. Thank god for brilliantly executed entertainment for children that us adults can revel in too!

My children are Totoro obsessed too and we also love Kiki's and Ponyo. Bertie is here now in fact, going nuts over this post and is now requesting the Totoro dvd! Looks like we're watching it now :)

I saw Ponyo when it came out and it freaked me out. Those blob things are really scary. I loved it, but it's scary! :)

Totoro is amazing. I remember when I was very little, I loved it so much that I got so excited every time I saw it. Now I found my Norwegian nephew liked it, therefore bought him a cat bus for X'mas.
