At the graveyard
I still have a lot of Tokyo photos to show you but I think it is time to mix it up with more current things.
Like some photos from a picnic at the graveyard.
I asked D to take a picture of me, since I am often not in any photos from our everyday life. I think I need to give D a camera and get him hooked too, so I won't be missing from our photographic memory. The other reason why I wanted a new photo of myself is the inspiring post about showing your face that Elisabeth did. Some other of my favorite bloggers blogged about the same thing.
I almost only read blogs that are 'personal' - by personal I mean, that the blog has a personal voice, that shows the bloggers own photos or illustrations or writing and that gives me a sense of the person behind. I think a lot of you feel the same way. I don't think showing your face is a must, but it helps you get a sense of the person behind the blog and who you are having a conversation with.
I have met people in real life who thought I deliberately did not show any photographs of myself. Thats not the case. I just don't have that many :)
