Tokyo Craft

We had one day with all day rain, which was quite all right since it meant the heat wasn't as bad, but not too good for photography. I sometimes felt a bit overwhelmed by taking all of Tokyo in and photographing it at the same time! Sometimes I wish I could go though it all with out the camera first and then come back and photograph everything.

Well, we walked from Harajuku station and around Omotesando in the rain and at the end of the day I was lucky enough to join one of Hello Sandwich's wonderful craft workshops! The workshop was held in the cutest little paper shop called Winged Wheel - I am totally in love with the lamps in the shop! Together with 10 other women I made a cute hanging envelope for little notes and lists (I used it for my many many recites from my tokyo shopping :)). Such a treat having boxes of masking tape, punches, stickers and paper to play around with!

▶ Máni: This is perfect for making just one cup! and so easy :)
▶ Madeleine: It makes for such a nice coffee-making experience
▶ Hiki: I will blog later about it, but it is from the Moomin Bakery close to Tokyo Dome :) - And yes, we so should have met!! It is always hard to know how many people to look up when you travel -I mean, I read you blog, but had no idea if you read mine :) next time!
▶ Emilia: Alle burde kunne lave mumi kaffe og alle burde tage til japan!
▶ Linn Maria: I know, it is so well designed! so simple and it works! I love the little lid that turns into a coaster for the drip-part
▶ Irene: So great - We were there too early in the day to visit the bar though

Oh so lucky to attend a Hello Sandwich workshop in Tokyo! It must be really lovely to meet people you admire the work and the blog of. ;-) Nice photos as allways as well. xx

Uh, uh, that´s what Heaven must be like.

(And: keep the Pics coming! :))

How cool to attend a Hello Sandwich workshop, so far from home. I'd love to do that and of course get my hands on all that MT tape!
